Assistance for the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake

Eyewear replacement service is available in four prefectures.
“JINS GO,” a JINS’ glasses-selling vehicle, will travel to areas that seek its services.

JINS HOLDINGS Inc. (Tokyo Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Founder & CEO: Hitoshi Tanaka, hereinafter “JINS”) would like to extend its deepest condolences to the many people who lost their lives in the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and its heartfelt sympathy to all those affected, and prays for the speediest recovery of the affected areas.

Hoping to be of some assistance, JINS is offering a service to replace damaged lenses and frames of our eyewear to customers who are being inconvenienced as a result of breaking their glasses in the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. This service is offered at JINS stores all over Japan, regardless of whether customers have a warranty or the warranty period. In view of the scale of the disaster, this service at our stores in Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, and Niigata prefectures extends to non-JINS products.

Furthermore, JINS GO, our all-in-one vehicle where customers can get an eye test, have their lenses made, and receive other basic services in one place, will deliver glasses free of charge to those who need them. If any facilities, organizations, or local governments would like JINS GO to visit them, please fill out the form on the official website (https://www.jins.com/jp/jinsgo/).
*Please note that JINS GO may not be able to respond promptly to all requests due to traffic conditions and other factors.

Everyone at JINS sincerely prays for the safety of those affected and for the swiftest reconstruction of the affected areas.
