Achieved the highest rating “AAA” for the second consecutive year in the MSCI ESG ratings, evaluating global companies' ESG efforts

JINS HOLDINGS Inc. (hereinafter “JINS”) announces that it has received an “AAA” rating, the highest rating in the MSCI ESG Ratings. These ratings evaluate companies worldwide based on their efforts and disclosure of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors. JINS achieved this highest rating for two consecutive years, following the previous year, which was also “AAA” (announced in March 2024).

Achieved the highest global rating “AAA” as a company committed to sustainability

The MSCI ESG Ratings analyze the extent of a company’s risk management in Environment, Social, and Governance, and evaluate it on a seven-point scale ranging from “AAA,” the highest rating, to “CCC,” the lowest rating, and are considered a global evaluation index for ESG investment.
JINS raises the sustainability vision of “Changing the Future Landscape Through Eyewear” and has taken initiatives to create social value through its business, continuously addressing social issues. In March 2024, JINS received the highest rating “AAA” for the first time.
This time, JINS was highly evaluated particularly under the four themes of product carbon footprint, labor management, privacy & data security, and corporate behavior, leading us to receive the highest AAA rating for the second consecutive year.

Hereafter, JINS will continue to make steady progress on its initiatives to promote sustainability in order to realize a sustainable society.
